Tina Haskopoulos has over 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, including restaurants, high-volume retail, and locally-owned small businesses.

For the last decade, her focus has been on cheese and specialty foods. Her journey began as a cheesemonger at Eataly NYC’s Flatiron location, where she served as head cheesemonger of thousands of cheese and charcuterie options. After helping Eataly open cheese departments across Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Dallas, Tina moved to Bedford Cheese in Brooklyn, serving as their cheese counter manager and cheese buyer through their closure at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, you could find Tina in her hometown of Jersey City as a manager/buyer at Van Hook Cheese, where she carved out her niche for the locally owned, small business food scene.
